JR Minerals are very proud to add these eye-liner pencils to our range. This one is Black Velvet - a lovely smokey Black shade. These eye-liner Pencils come with a FREE Sharpener Built into the Cap.  All of the shades in this range were custom created to be unique and not replicate the ordinary shades in the market place. The pencil barrels are painted to exactly match the core color. These eye-liner pencils are considered the new “green” in cosmetics because they contain anti-oxidants and vitamins which help to protect the eye area from daily exposure to destructive elements. These eye accent pencils keep their color true and last for hours. These pencils can be applied above and below your eye to achieve a natural or dramatic effect & to enhance both day and evening looks. Each eyeliner pencil shade provides long lasting consistent color. Layering and/or smudging the shades for a soft finish also works well. The eyeliner pencil core is creamy but firm so the points don’t break easily.

These eye liner pencils are specially made from all natural ingredients and blended botanicals like Green Tea Leaf Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Lecithin, Shea Butter, Cacao Butter, Jojoba Oil, Wheat germ oil, and Safflower seed oil. It also includes Vitamins: A, B2, B3, C, D and E.
